The RCR Sustainable Energy Team has 40 years experience in
consulting engineers in the energy, waste and power industry. The
Sustainable Energy Team was appointed at strategic level in
industry to provide bespoke, specialist services. They are supported
by multi-discipline consultancy having a turnover in fees of around
$150 million with approximately 1,500 staff, in the UK and
International offices located in Bangkok, Barbados, Bucharest,
Chicago, Kuala Lumpur, Shanghai, Singapore, Stuttgart, St.
Petersburg, Taipei, Vienna, Warsaw, and Zurich.

In the waste sector the RCR Sustainable Energy Team have been
involved in the preparation of Local Authority and Municipalities
wastes management strategy, PFI and outline business cases,
public sector comparators and contract documentation. In addition
to strategy, The RCR Sustainable Energy Team staff have also
been extensively involved in Local Government contract design,
production and initiation across a wide range of Local Authority
waste services and the development and delivery of sustainable
waste management contracts for the public sector.

The RCR Sustainable Energy are experienced in waste contract procurement, risk assessment and tender evaluation in both
the Local Government and private sectors. Their staff have hands-on experience of the development of the full range of
waste facilities for both local authorities and the private sector and are conversant with the new and emerging waste
technology and the relevant legislation.

The RCR Sustainable Energy Team have extensive up-to-date knowledge of waste handling and processing with an
extensive database of Transfer Loading Stations, Household Waste Recycling Centres, Material Recovery Facilities,
Composting, Anaerobic Digestion and Mechanical Biological Treatment, Thermal and emerging processes.

The RCR Sustainable Energy Team have been involved in the forward thinking design of waste treatment facilities for many
years and in the implementation of the full range of waste treatment and handling facilities. Their experience enables them
to ensure that projects are feasible and affordable with realistic timescales for implementation.

The RCR Sustainable Energy Team form part of the consortium supply of equipment and expertise to operate within
accepted recycling targets and are content to endorse the RCR STAG system as the Best Value Option, the Best Available
Technology and the Best Practical Environmental Option. It is proposed that they will continue to monitor compliance with
new legislation in particular that pertaining to climate control.

and maintain complete systems including conventional
mains cabling and service installations. The group has

About the RCR Engineering Team

The RCR Engineering Team is made up of a team of world
class engineering companies who focus on the engineering
and management of multi-disciplinary projects in
environmental and energy systems, operational services,
repair and maintenance and construction. They are a group
of major engineering
companies undertaking the management of projects, the
design, construction and servicing of energy and process
plant facilities on all five continents. This ensures that RCR
STAG technology can be delivered on a turnkey basis
anywhere in the world.

The RCR Engineering Team are active principally in the
energy, petrochemical, chemical, sugar, paper, water,
metallurgical, mining and associated process sectors.
Projects have included major power utility
projects, owner-operator facilities and construction projects
for on and offshore petrochemical operations, metallurgical
plants, etc.

The RCR Engineering Team uses technology from a wide
range of sources including sister company licences, third
party licences and client know-how. The work undertaken
includes project management (as managing contractor or
as main contractor), consultancy, preliminary studies,
conceptual engineering, detailed design, procurement,
construction, commissioning and the turn key supply of
complete installations. For over 50 years the RCR
Engineering Team have been providers of world class
mechanical construction capabilities that include steam
generators, boilers, chemical recovery units, emissions
control systems.

The RCR Engineering Team is the managing contractor
through various joint venture agreements to provide a turn
key installation of the proposed RCR STAG system and will
enter into a long term contract providing a full suite of
operation and maintenance services including energy
management, maintenance management, condition
monitoring, industrial relations and recruitment, training
and technical support with the highest priority being placed
on Health & Safety. In addition all operational services
conform to the RCR Engineering Team's quality and
environmental management systems and standards.
